Denton, TX, March 25, 2026 — Walmart, in partnership with Zipline, will launch a drone delivery service out of its University Drive location in Denton beginning Thursday, March 26. This launch marks Zipline’s 20th site in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.

Drone delivery will be available for select items weighing up to 5.5 pounds within approximately a 2.5-mile radius of the store. The service covers groceries, electronics, and everyday essentials. Zipline expects to provide fast, seamless delivery directly to customers’ homes.

Eligibility for the service varies by address. Residents can use the Zipline mobile app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play, to confirm availability and place orders. For additional information about Zipline and its drone delivery services, residents may visit www.zipline.com.
