Reed’s Precision Drives Aggies to Blowout Win

Marcel Reed orchestrated a complete offensive performance as Texas A&M secured a decisive 50-0 victory against the Missouri State Bears. The Aggies, playing at home in College Station, controlled the tempo from the opening whistle, with Reed accounting for two touchdowns through the air. The final score reflected a team that left no doubt about its superiority on the gridiron.

First Half: Early Lead and Field Goals

Texas A&M established dominance early, taking a 9-0 lead by the end of the first quarter. Isaiah Horton made an immediate impact, catching a 15-yard pass from Reed for a touchdown, followed by a safety that extended the margin. David Olano kicked both extra points and added a 28-yard field goal in the second quarter to make it 12-0.

Reed connected with Mario Craver on a 12-yard touchdown pass before halftime, pushing the score to 19-0 heading into the break.

Second Half: Ground Game and Continued Pressure

The Aggies did not slow down after intermission. Terry Bussey powered in from 10 yards out in the third quarter, followed by Jamarion Morrow’s 2-yard touchdown run later in the period. These scores brought the halftime deficit to a daunting 33-0 heading into the fourth quarter.

In the final period, Carsyn Baker added another rushing touchdown from 12 yards out. Reed threw his second touchdown pass of the game, finding Aaron Gregory on a 15-yard strike. David Olano completed his perfect kicking day with two more extra points.

Missouri State’s Asher Murray managed to put three points on the board with a 47-yard field goal, but it was too little, too late to threaten the Aggies’ lead.
