KDFI Channel 27’s FOX 4 PLUS will carry an 11-game live high school football regular-season schedule this season, with the broadcasts also streaming through the FOX LOCAL app.
The package previously aired on TXA 21 through 2019 and then on CW33 from 2020 through 2025. Ten games are set for Thursday dates, and one is scheduled for Friday. The lineup includes programs with state titles listed in the announcement, including Highland Park, Allen, Denton Ryan and Parish Episcopal.
Denton Ryan will host Mansfield Timberview on Sept. 3 at the C.H. Collins Complex. Ryan went 12-2 last season and reached a regional final, and Shane Tolleson is taking over as head coach after a 45-17 record across five seasons at Waxahachie. Denton Guyer is also on the schedule, with Frisco Wakeland visiting C.H. Collins Complex on Sept. 24.
The schedule begins Aug. 27 with Arlington Bowie at Prosper Rock Hill at Children’s Health Stadium. Bowie has captured two straight district championships. Other highlighted games include Allen at Prosper on Sept. 17, after Allen’s 31-30 win over Prosper last year, and Highland Park at Carrollton Creekview on Oct. 15. Highland Park finished 12-2 last season and reached a regional final, while Creekview went 9-2.
The only Friday game listed is Parish Episcopal at Plano Prestonwood Christian on Oct. 23 at Lions Stadium. That matchup repeats last season’s TAPPS Division I title game, which Parish Episcopal won 14-7. The Oct. 29 and Nov. 5 games have not been selected yet, with those matchups to be announced closer to kickoff.
