Noah Brown has officially joined the Las Vegas Raiders, as announced by the team. This addition brings a physical and seasoned target to the Raiders' receiving group, necessitating the release of defensive tackle Benito Jones to make room on the roster.

Throughout his career, Brown has faced multiple challenges, particularly injuries that caused him to miss 19 games during his time with the Washington Commanders. When healthy, he demonstrated his skills, achieving 40 catches for 536 yards and one touchdown, with an average of 13.4 yards per reception.

Originally selected by the Cowboys in the seventh round of the 2017 NFL Draft after his college career at Ohio State, Brown gained recognition for his versatility and reliability. He was particularly effective in the 2022 season, securing 43 receptions for 555 yards and three touchdowns, contributing to quarterback Dak Prescott's efforts.

After his tenure with the Cowboys, Brown moved to the Houston Texans, where he had a successful season, recording 33 receptions for 567 yards and two touchdowns, averaging 17.2 yards per catch. Over his NFL career, he has totaled 155 catches for 2,083 yards and six touchdowns.

While the Raiders do not expect Brown to be the centerpiece of their offense, his size, toughness, and experience could enhance their receiving lineup. This signing represents a new chance for Brown to advance his NFL career after facing setbacks due to injuries in Washington.
