The 2026 State Fair of Texas is scheduled to begin on September 25 at Fair Park, offering a wide array of musical performances over its 24-day run. This year's theme is "Stars, Stripes and Howdies."
The Chevrolet Main Stage will be the focal point for diverse musical acts, including country artist Clint Black, who will kick off the concert series. Other notable performers include Bowling for Soup, Lee Brice, Kansas, and Queensrÿche, among others. In addition to the main stage, multiple other stages will host live music, featuring local and regional talent.
A new ZiegenBock Stage will be introduced at the renovated Old Mill Inn, complementing the Bud Light Stage and the White Claw Spotlight Stage. The partnership with State Fair Records will continue, enhancing the programming for these venues. Jazz musician Ken Ebo, a retired U.S. Marine and educator, has been named the 2026 Resident Artist and will perform throughout the fair.
Season passes for the fair are currently available, with additional details expected as the event date approaches. The fair will run from September 25 through October 18, 2026. Princeton is about 37 miles east of Denton.
