The man, identified only by the first name Halvin, departed from his residence around noon on Wednesday and has not returned. According to law enforcement, he was last seen in the 500 block of East Prairie Street. At the time of the sighting, he was dressed in all-black clothing and carrying a black bag.
While Halvin is known to walk around the city, his relatives noted that he has never been away from home for such an extended period. This unusual absence has prompted the family to reach out to authorities for help in finding him.
